sudah 9 hari stuck di angka 61,5 kg, defisit kalori sama workout 30 menit tiap hari, kata temen2 dan ibu kos keliatan mengecil tubuhnya.. hemmm.. lama sekali ya capai bb ideal.. dulu pernah diet mayo 14 hari turun 8 kg (olahraga juga) tapi tersiksa banget pake pusing n lemes juga eh lama2 tetep naik lagi,hahaha.. mending gini aja deh turun pelan2 tapi gak nyiksa hehehe

Akhirnya bisa eat clean lagi, setelah 4 hari on vacation.. ikan cakalang 175 gram + tempe 50 gram + sawi 1 bonggol + tomat + kemangi + cabai + bawang putih + saos tiram dikit aja, di rebus jadi satu (sawi n kemangi masuk terakhir) hasilnya enak hahaha

makan malamnya agak telat, sibuk.. ini jamur kancing + udang + kemangi + bawang + cabai + sedikit saos tiram + 1 sdt minyak zaitun buat menumis.
