Time to get serious again !! Turning 49 this year and it won't get any easier. Committing to going to the gym more, eating better, spending more time with friends that have positive energy and are into being healthy.

NOT Good !!! Boy, have I gone off track. Good news, is that today is a new day and I get to start over to do better. No worries... I have a goal for 2 weeks from now to be at 170. Most of the weight I am holding right now is just junk stuck in my intestines. Going back on my green juice at night to flush out all the bread & cheese I have been eating.
