I am back on track for pretty serious reasons. Being tested for CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia). Oh joy! Since August they have been trying to figure out why I have too many antibodies which are attacking my white cells. Both Hematologists think this could be the reason why. Now for the bad part... There are only (4) Rheumatologists in my health care plan and they are booked for the next 6 months. So, they tell me they think I have it but can't confirm for 6 months ... Oh please, stress me out some more !! Taking matters into my own hands, eating much better. Trying to work out but just a short walk and I am exhausted due to the Anemia. Hoping that if I can get another 10 pounds off, that will help my energy.

Well, I knew yesterday was going to be a fail day for me. I've been working on an event for my boss for the past couple of weeks and the food was catered. It was amazing and I do not regret one minute of what I had to eat. Today is a new day to start again and so I am back on track and motivated.

Due to my very low white cell count and my Hashimoto's disease, I have started on a Autoimmune Paleo diet. Hoping it helps to raise my white cells. I think most of the food I was eating was making me sick. So far, its going great, weight is dropping every day and the only thing I have done differently is change my food. Fingers crossed.
