Sick this week. No workout. Eating the right stuff and not really even tasting it, but doing exactly what the plan wants me to do. Being sick , I'm drinking tons of water and hacking away at lots of plumbing fixtures.

Random thoughts: I eat really well during the week on LA's Purple Plan. I eat out a couple times on the weekend, but have settled for healthy eat-out foods. The only problem is that nobody makes low sodium eat-out foods. I am in love with the salad bar at Jason's Deli. It's my weekly treat. Today we cooked some Buffalo Burgers...fresh red meat...and I am going back to Whole Foods for some good groceries. I got a B-12 shot at work this week and my entire family seems to have some type of CRUD..but not me. The Clif Protein bars are so much more better and better priced than LA's bars. I get them at Target. Another 2 pounds gone! Thanks for the support! BW

I fell off last night, submitted to the kids' leftover mashed taters in the fridge. I know it was because I'm an idiot, but also because I didn't eat a balanced lunch. I was too starved by dinner time. Oh...and...um....I had to chase the taters with a candy bar. Still got up and worked out at 5am...and it hurt. I weighed in and was down a pound. Back on the plan. BW

Staying Low Sodium and eating lots of chicken and shrimp and only fresh vegetables. Working out at 5am Mon-Fri for 30 mins on Cardio and 30 mins on light lifting. Eating only Soy Protein bars for snack. Going out to eat on Saturdays for low fat red meat steak baby!
