I'm trying to get uncranky now! My Grandmother died and I traveled far and ate all the stuff everyone else ate. I didn't weigh in for 6 days. I figured I would have gained 10 pounds. I gained 4 pounds and am almost back to where I was before I left. The regular crappy food I used to eat...it was fun for 6 days, but I don't ever want to have that much fun again. It makes me tired and cranky to eat fatty salty sugary stuff. Good to be back.

I jumped off last weekend, no excuses. Gained 3 pounds, but lost 4 since getting back on the plan and increasing my workout plan. I'm doing lots more upper body toning and 200 or 300 sit-ups instead of 100.

I'm stalled on weight loss, but I'm down a couple sizes on pants! I went in and tried on all the pants that didn't fit at all at the beginning of the diet. Now they are too small. I'm swimming in last summer's shorts. My body looks good for the first time in a long time. I may just go naked instead of buying new clothes. See you on the beach!
