Super bloated today. Didnt make it to the gym at all this week and its really just my own fault. Its a long weekend (although Im sitting in the office rn) and I have a bunch of stuff I want to get done. Hopefully Ill make it through half the list and will have some time to enjoy being outside on my freshened up deck.

Yesterday I mowed thinking that it wasnt too hot, and the grass was dry enough, and if I didnt do it right then, Id end up with a jungle because it just keeps raining. Anyway, the first and largest part was OK, but I moved ahead and did the second part and it was just too much. I had a Zoom at 2 so I was trying to finish, I was super sweaty and gross, and I was starving and knew that I needed food and water asap.
Well, I definitely didnt track anything, and I felt like I just kept grazing all day and I still ended up with a huge headache. But damn does my yard look nice!
New day today, feeling better and the heat has relented so its definitely a gym day!

Not surprised by todays gain. Honestly, Im surprised that it wasnt more since I stepped away this weekend and didnt log anything.
I went to the Dr on Friday for my basic checkup and asked about the dizziness. My Dr wasnt too concerned about it which made me feel better but also I still dont understand why its happened. He suggested dehydration though, so Im trying to watch myself and make sure Im drinking water.
Im going back to the gym tonight. My Dr is very nice and I really like him, but of course he still has to mention weight loss and working out, but he really pushes working out more than droning on about dropping pounds. I had to admit to him that Ive been slacking on the working out and I didnt like it.
Weve had shitty weather the whole weekend with massive storms, flooding, and tornado warnings. We were lucky and didnt get water in our basement, but my mom got stuck trying to get home on Friday night and a 20 minute drive ended up taking 3 hours. Heres a pic of the flooding. The water was all rain- no sewage in the water my kid was in and it wasnt electrified. Just good old fashioned flooding that we tried to see the bright side in. More storms coming so hopefully we wont see this much water again.
Also I dont know why the pic is sideways and Im too irritated to figure it out and try to fix.
