i did it...i made it to my goal weight!!!! this feels great. I feel great. Now to keep it off.....

Well i was doing real good and the i cheated on Sat. That cost me a pound and it took me till today to get rid of that dumb pound... no more cheating for me. What a needless setback. Back on track this week. let's see what happens. :)

Wow this diet is up and down some days are better than others, but i must say that it is well worth it. I am def looking at food in a different way. 17 days down 26 to go.... then maintenance. :)
