Got a pedometer today and tomorrow I'm going to see how many steps are in my usual day at work - then I'm going to try to increase it. I heard you should try to walk 10,000 steps each day and I'm curious to see how many steps make up my day. I have to confess that I didn't do very well the last two days so I'm committed to increasing my activity to make up for the lack of will power I'm experiencing. Hope tomorrow is a better day for SBD and ME!

Such a stressful day today - forgot to weigh this morning and now it's evening and I refuse to weigh at night (always disappointed when I do). Should get lots of exercise tomorrow when my husband and I are out hunting - it's hard to figure out what to bring to eat. I thought some nuts and maybe string cheese, but I need something easy to carry in my pack. Any suggestions?

Day 3 went well... it seems I'm at a point where I'm no longer craving sugar which is what I noticed last time I did SBD. At my work there is always way too many desserts and snacks in the kitchen - today there were donuts, muffins, cookies - all kinds of sugar carbs but I didn't feel like I even wanted them! (sugar is my downfall so this is a big deal!) I didn't weigh today but I think I will in the morning - hope it's good news!

Well... now into day two and lost 2.5 lbs! Yippee! Although I know that I tend to lose quickly to begin with it's keeping the decline going that is tough especially after the first week. But I'm excited and so glad to have this website with buddies to hold me accountable. Have a 25 year class reunion in July and want to be close to my goal by then! Keep praying for me warriors!
