Ok, so I found this site thru an app on my G1. What a great way to track everything! My math stinks, and I was doing it all "in my head" before--never kept a food journal. Now I realize that I was eating all the wrong things and in the wrong proportions.
Three days ago, I went to a healthy eating seminar at my gym and got some really great tips, so I'm trying to follow the plan of eating 6x/day, which has felt like a lot, but with eating small meals of the right stuff, my calories, carbs, and protein are all in alignment with what the instructor said they should be--and, I'm full all day! We'll see what the scale says when I weigh in on Wednesday. I'm trying my best not to jump on the scale before then, but after 2 days, I'm already feeling better--more energy and my belly feels smaller.
We're going to dinner at a friend's house tonight, so we'll see what happens...
