4 pieces pineapple for bfast.3 mile run after the school run.Walked much less than last time! :) made a tomato and veg soup for lunch-blended.They say soup keeps you fuller for longer,so im giving it a go.

today I have learnt the consequenses of my hand to mouth actions. :( Although I have run or swam every day,I have not been watching what goes in my mouth.Must try harder 11st 1.8 155.8 lb.On the bright side,Fat percentage has gone down.

Swam 70 lengths in 55mins tonight! :)

Have now got my swimming membership,and did 50 lengths yesturday.Just managed a 3mile run!!!! Did walk a little bit,but hoping to be able to do the whole lot soon!
