No better excuse to shift the flab than getting a brace! Actually revolts me to eat and get food stuck in it.Every bit of dinner is cut into tiny pieces,and eaten slowly.They say you should slow your eating down,but taking half hr to eat a toddler size portion is rediculous! Apart from that its Slim Fast all the way,and the occasional low fat yogurt.Im really glad Iv had the kick start I needed! Theres so many foods I used to eat that I cant now,and have been told not to! The only thing I will really miss is corn on the cob! I could live on it! Anyway,apart from that,i walked 4 miles pluss,then came home and cycled 3 miles to the pool,swam a mile,then the cycle home.Since dinner Iv taken the dog for a long walk,and walked to the shop and back.Feeling good! :)

Swam two miles yesturday!!!!! Thats 128 lengths! Really hard going after 100 lengths,but wasnt going to stop short and kept my determination! 11st 6.6 yesturday.

Oh dear,bad habits have slipped back.Now Gav is getting fit for his Karate,this should be a lot easier.
