After 10 days with no weight loss, I was getting a bit discouraged. I didn't give up. I am determined to stay eating healthy so I can be in good shape to play with my grandchildren!! I'm working out 5 days a week at the gym (about 35 minutes each afternoon) and I have more energy than I've had in a while. I've found a new trick when I see something that I really like that I used to eat - I close my eyes and envision myself eating it, remembering what it tasted like, what it felt like in my mouth, and that seems to take away the craving for it. Might not work for others but I've eaten so much of the stuff I like that I can remember and enjoy without the calories!!! So much of the food we crave, we usually eat so fast that it's gone in a flash!! I'm not saying I won't have more of the stuff I like but I am definitely not going to eat the quantity I used to!!
