最近看到一个说法,食物热效应,每个人对食物的吸收率是不一样的,像我吃得少就觉得很饱了,即使每天都有运动,计算卡路里好像没什么用,还是根据自己的感觉进食好了。我的7分饱跟你的7分饱可能不太一样。
夏天快到了,买了好几条S码的裙子,能穿得进就行,不追求过瘦的身材。你的胖瘦,跟很多因素有关,遗传,环境,代谢率,肠道情况,身体情况,心态,其实很多胖子,比如以前的我,遇到一些事,心态不太好,导致暴饮暴食,才胖的。所以各种各样的身材都是独一无二的,身材焦虑大可不必。找回那个自信阳光的我,也告诉自己,偶尔丧一下也没关系
