I am so mad at myself, for the past 3 days I have been eating plain yogurt with fresh fruit and granola for my "snack" turns out I should have been having this as my lunch there are so many calories ARGH!! This made me go over my caloric intake for the day...that'll learn me for not counting my calories daily as to what I am putting in my mouth!!! ARGH!!! I am so mad!!!
Well time to move on and make it better!!! No granola today!!

Well I finally weighed in this week, I was super busy and actually kept forgetting to step on a scale. I have had a lot of things going on in my life....crazy things. My BF's daughter had her baby 3 1/2 weeks early and is having trouble with her lungs (so all prayers would be helpful), then a few days later, my brother and his girlfriend gave birth to my very first Niece!!! 9lbs 12ozs WOW, but she is a cutey!!! In between all that my low life father was evicted from his apartment, had to help there, then my grandma calls me and tells me she's moving, then one of my elderly aunts calls tells me she has fallen, and hurt herself pretty good, then my daughter who is off to school is having a hard time, with friends and not being able to find a job, OMG. I know the lord only gives us what we can handle, but I think I am at my limit. Anyway stepped on the scale this morning and low and behold down another 2lbs YEAH ME!!! I was really excited when I saw the number hadn't gone up, I still followed by diet by had dessert a few times this past week, with everything going on I needed something sweet. But ran around enough to work it off I guess. :) :) :)

Tomorrow it will be one month since I started watching my calorie intake. I do wish the outcome was a little more than 12lbs, but I will certainly take it. That is more lost weight than in past years. I guess I need to get moving a little more. Right now, I rotate between resistance band workouts and walking. Maybe I need to purchase a cheap eliptical to get moving at night as well, as I do most of my exercising first thing in the morning. I am not frustrated, I am proud of this achievement, but I do want to improve with more of a weight loss. Must stay focused!!!!!
