Ok today was full of cravings....I didn't necessarily fall of the wagon but i did give in to the last "free" atkins bar that I had received in the mail and ate the whole thing....I was only allowing myself one bite a day. So obviously sweets of any kind is too much for me. I also ate cashews...not saying how many :(
Also a spoonful of peanut butter. UGH!!
The rest of the day was celery with cream cheese, a burger with mayo and tomato (no bun).
Not enough water though I am trying to drink a few glasses before bed.
So tonight I am re-reading my atkins info to get back on track.
BAH!!!!

Running late this morning so ran out the door with a protein drink. I know there are better choices but not in this house. This afternoon we went out for lunch and I ordered a burger no bun, no chips or fries. BUT, I did drink 2 diet cokes rather than water. BAH!!
I should have stopped at the store to get more vegetables but I am so tired from babysitting one of my grand kids last night, got home very late. It was also the first night I was able to sleep with very little back pain for about a week.

Working on eating more vegetables and drinking more water.
Received my free Atkins bars in the mail yesterday and decided I would allow myself one bite rather than snarfing down the whole thing. This will determine if I can train myself that one bite is all I need for sweets, even though the bar isn't really sweet. It isn't bad at all, a pleasant surprise. :)

I'm not losing anymore so am going to try and be more strict back on induction. I know I haven't been eating enough vegetables lately either so maybe that is it.
This back pain is so intense so have been more focused on relieving it than watching what I eat. I think I have been eating too much. I don't know, I guess I need to look at my food journals and see when this changed.
