soo.. today went well.. still have a point left and im going to have a 100 calorie popcorn bag.. oh yea and when you make popcorn dont press the popcorn button on ur microwave!! i learned that the hard way yesterday and it was the last bag:( so i bought some more today.
im not into the whole writing everything i eat online.. it just seems so time consuming.. maybe ill eventually ill do it.
oh and did elliptical for 35 minutes.. i think i actually like exercising now, i feel really good. i also went to gnc and bought some protein powder.. the lady said it would be good to get some muscle or something.. its only two pts for a drink so im assuming i wont gain weight if i drink just one a day.. cant wait to try it!

Almost done with the day, still have 2 points left to eat, think im gonna have some hummus on those lite pita things.. So far i havn't had too many temptations.. i had some pizza today but was able to eat it because i had plenty of points for it.. and some tuna that i redeemed myself with :)
sooo.. went to the gym, walked for 15 minutes and biked for 10 while i waited for an elliptical which i did 34 minutes on..

Today i ate all of my points (didn't cheat) and biked for 10 minutes and elliptical for 30. (would have gone longer but the guy on the side of me didn't know what deodorant was, he stunk pretty bad. For now i have just been using my school's gym which has limited hours open so hopefully soon ill join a real gym. :)
