soo i just wanted to record this so i can look back at it when im craving something bad!! today i was suppose to go to Coldstone w/ the boyfriend and i suggested the grocery store instead because it was closer. I had a tub of Ben and Jerry's in my hand but put it down for a weight watchers desert. Since they are so small and i felt like i wouldn't be satisfied and had a white chocolate raspberry lit n fit yogurt first. i then ate the desert veryyy sloowllly and was unusually pretty satisfied. :)

lost another 2 lbs! won't get too excited till i hit 129 because i have already gotten to 131 before and gave up.. i did join a bigger gym yesterday, I'm pretty excited about that. Today, i did cardio for 40 minutes and did some weights. Ive also started reading this book called skinny bitch. its kind of making me want to be vegan but i know i couldn't live without my cheese and milk!! its a pretty interesting book. i havn't been drinking soda for months now, and after reading part of the book i don't think id ever go back to drinking soda, its soo bad for you!

so 2 lbs lost.. hopefully i can lose another 2 this week.. can't wait till i hit 129.. i cant remember the last time i weighed it..in the past i've hit 131 and stopped losing.. well see.

ok soo.. went out to dinner tonight.. ended up going to Smokey bones and i had a print out of the points values.. so i got a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of bbq baked beans.. which totaled 12 pts.. not too bad. i even skipped out on dessert and had a special k bar later. i think i only went over my points range by about 1 or 2 pts.. not bad for going out to eat.. i was pretty stuffed too!
didn't get to excersize becuz the gym closes before i get out of work, but i did walk a lott, so i don't feel like i did that bad.. overall im pretty pleased.. i thought i was going to totally blow off my plan and eat a 20+ pt meal there. feeling pretty good about myself instead of the usual guilt trip when i would cheat. so good day overall :)

ok so didn't get to exercise today... but my body it kind of tired so im glad i didn't have to. stayed withing my pts range though.. but im terrified for tomorrow.. going out with friends which will most likely include dinner at a restraunt that i cant find the pts values on... maybe ill just get a soup, salad, or something like baked chicken if they have it.. usually when i try to "diet" i do good until i go out to eat.. i feel bad about what i ate and fall off the wagon.. im really going to try not to this time.. ill find out tomorrow.
