Stinko weekend, but on track now. Why is it so easy to just forget all my hard work on the weekend?? I have to stop relaxing with food. Stress high, that is part of the problem-working on that, too. Challenge soon to begin, counting net carbs will be good. Many more carbs in some things than I thought. This will be an eye-opener. Looking forward to some good new recipes.

Yay, up to 2 3/4 miles yesterday, jogging the whole time. I only have limited time, about 1/2 hour, so I have to pick up speed to fit more mileage in. I should be able to do more, but it has been a while, so I will be OK with that.
I know that running should be my stress reliever, but it seems that the whole time I am running, I am going over and over in my head the very things that cause me the stress. Can't get away from it. I think I will borrow my sons MP3 player to tune out the hubby arguments that are constantly buzzing in my mind. No weight loss today, though. Bummer.

Still sticking with it. Some days are hard and the anxiety/depression continue. But, I went joggin yesterday which was a great stress reliever. Today is my toning day and I am looking forward to it. Wearing a pair of capris that were snug a few weeks ago, so I am feeling positive.

Doing well today. I did go for a walk yesterday with a very supportive friend who I can confide in and will help me whenever I need it. I am actually feeling relieved that I am taking action to improve my life-what took me so long?? Back on track with eating, and down a pound-yay!
