Ok, I'm happy, but I hope that I'll do even better this week, since I think I may be a little bloated today...so hopefully I get the additive effect next week's weigh in. I feel great though! I think that the exercise is really making me feel better in my skin, even if the scale is only moving slowly.

Yay! If I knew weight loss was this easy, I'd have tried to lose my last 15 lbs a long time ago! I'm thinking about changing my goal weight to 130 instead of 137, since I really think I can do it!

Losing 2 lbs this week is awesome, but the first week is always easy, so I'm not getting to excited. Here goes another week as good as my first! No cheating!

I'm starting today and finishing in 8 weeks! I'm trying to get down to 137 (which was my weight at my wedding last year) and will bring my BMI down to 21. My plan is to cut out candy and sweets, because it has become a habit for me to sacrifice real food for candy because I want to eat it but I want my calories to balance out. I'm also training for a 5K on April 25th. I used to run a lot, but haven't exercised at all recently because of school. No more excuses! I want to be in great shape for the summer and for my wondreful husband. Here we go!
