Sticking to it. In 5 days it will be a month and I am more determined than ever. I can't wait to be in onederland on the scale and put my next goal in. I did splurge Sat. night and had a too big helping of pasta and chicken. Stomach killed me all night. Still need to add excersize everyday. Not there yet. Did the treadmill a few times, but only 10 min. or so each time. I have also starting sprinting up my stairs everytime I go up. Really want to start running now that it will be cooling down sooner. Running just looks like such a release. I can do this..... I want it BAD!!!

Rough week, traveled for work all last week and all day meetings were catered. Ate small portions, but did NO exercise and ate a little bit of everything. Paid for it dearly in my weigh in this week. Only down .5 lbs..... will kick it up a notch this week and hope to have at least a 1.5lb loss next weigh in. Still feel confident that I can loose a total of 40 pounds by the holidays. Would love to fly home to Florida for Christmas and for the 1st time in years, weigh less instead of more. My 1st goal is to get back into onederland on the scale..... 9.5lbs to go. I will then set my next goal. Ultimately, want to be in a size 14 and not sure what the scale will need to read to achieve. But, taking it small increments at a time.....

I have kept to my new "lifestyle" with food 100%. Started the treadmill and zumba. It's very hard, as always, to watch my hubby and kids eat ice cream, bread and all the stuff I love. I am trying to make this a family food lifestyle change, but until that happens, I have to do this for me. Every minute is a struggle with food. I love it. All of it. I am taking it minute by minute knowing this is long term. I moved my scale next to the fridge at my house. this seems to help me mentally. why I once again let it get to this point is beyond me.....

Focused.... want/need to get back into "Onederland". Really trying to focus on going back to visit family at Christmas with a 40lb weight loss this year. Not telling anyone I am working on this, trying to just do it for me!

double inner ear infection the last 4 days and just went to the doc yesteray. Struggling to stand and not loose my balance, so Zumba has been off my list for day 5. Feeling alot better today. Might try it tomorrow after being on meds for 48 hours. Can't stop now!!! Just a little set back. still watching food intake. Hopefully tomorrow is back on track with exercise! Tomorrow is a new day :)
