I think I am getting lazy. I said I needed to workout 4 days a week, plus I always do the Sunday run. But that is leaving me with 2 rest days per week. Too much rest in my opinion. 4 days of cardio is fine and 4 days of workouts too, but I need to stagger them so that some days they don't overlap. I only need 1 full day of rest. That is my goal for this week. Today is my 1 day of rest. Gonna do classes Tuesday through Saturday with cardio on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. So Saturday I won't have as much of a workout, but I will still do something. That will feel so much better than having that full day off.
