Weight went up a bit this week. I think it is because I am trying to finish off the LA bars I had purchased from LA weight loss. Too expensive to throw out. I already threw out some food, such as chicken breast, ketchup, mayonaise etc. But the bars I felt too hard to throw out. So I am eating about 70% raw vegetarian diet. I still use some fatfree salad dressings now and then. I am not too dissappointed with this weight increase. As long as I don't jump to high. This will be stressful upcoming week for me with two exams for a job promotion and I hope I don't fall for comfort food. I usually do that when I study. But since there is a snow storm outside and no junk food per say in my house, that is good.

Got up this morning. First thing I did was weigh in. Down another pound wow. And imagine I ate after 9 pm. I guess once it is healthy food it is ok. I had a spinach salad with mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes and red peppers. Dressing I made out of honey, dill and some raspberries. It was delicious.
