Back to driving so no time for cooking big meals. smoothies for breakfast and small meals when I have a chance

Day 1, it's the first day of the rest of my life. Had a full hysterectomy the first week of January which helped me shed a bunch of health issues. #1 goal this week is to make sure I consume at least 25g of fiber and 50g of protein per day.
