3rd day, Think i lost weight but it si like a see saw with exercise and weight and diet with weight and diet always winning.
Looks like exercise helped in my first 2 days.

2nd day analyzing what i eat and still over calorie intake.
1 Too much beer
2 Too much Chocolate biscuits
3 Too much snacking later on in the day.
4 Still fat and lazy but 100% dependent that i eat more than i burn calories.
I have to burn more calories than i consume, Simples.

2nd day.
Ate last 4 chocolate Biscuits in packet, i am a confessed binge eater.
Drank last bottle of Budweiser that had 14 bottles in box.
Looks like i will have to stop drinking for April and no Chocy biscuits either.
Went for a swim at the swimming pool, did some Arnie training drills.http://www.swimtypes.com/arnie.html

Ate like a pig yesterday 5 bottles of beer and 20 Mc Vites dark choclate biscuits.
I am a very naughty naughty boy.
Ate more than what i burned off.
