昨天1229卡,但是饿的不行.
早紫薯+包菜+丝瓜+木瓜+2鸡蛋
中玉米+牛肉+木瓜+苹果
晚粉+豆浆+油菜
加餐是鸡心3个,木瓜是600g,感觉不吃浪费,就都吃了,每当称体重的时候就后悔如果不吃是不是会掉秤多点。。。。。
