吃飯還是沒有辦法進入到狀況 運動量也是
這個禮拜試試看少掉晚餐的習慣 4點後禁食
然後多攝取高蛋白和纖維
希望剛好藉著這個禮拜的月經週期能夠效果好一點
這個禮拜我會努力的!

海鮮湯 made of soup base "
pork with fat 兩小口
乾調的炒飯 半碗
一片cheese
半桶的chips!
一木碗的范
油炸的乾扁四季豆
炒蘿蔔
半杯的straberry coktail.
10:00 pm ate again
*today is totaly not into the diet yet..
