Today I'm taking the advice of one of my new buddies and increasing my calorie intake just a little. Since I'm new to this I have been trying to be a little too strict on how much I was eating. His suggestion to me was to raise my intake to 1200 to 1400 a day because mine was just below 1000 a day.

SWEET!!! It's day three and I'm down 6lbs! I realize thats its probably just water weight at thins point but a pound is a pound so I am happy. I feel pretty good today and this was a nice motivation for me to keep going. Yeah Cheri!!

Well I made it through day #2...woohoo! Now with that being said I ate popcorn this evening. I am not one to eat a lot of popcorn or anything but I was craving something not vegetable...lol. I feel that choosing popcorn as a treat was better than a candy bar or ice cream or something like that. I'm ready to go to bed if the youngest will quiet down...ADHD = hyper kids even at 10:30pm. Too bad its the summer or they would be asleep already. Have a great night everyone and I hope you had a good day today.

It's like 4:30pm I'm home from work and I am hungry.... darn it!!! I guess I will go grab some veggies and see if it curbs my craving.
