It's been a very tiring weekend! I've spent a lot of time cleaning and moving things around. This week will prove to be a challenge as this coming weekend we will be moving to the country. I am so not ready. Again today my diet hasn't been great but still better than what it used to be. Well off to bed as I have a long day ahead of me! I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Well I've only lost 1/2 a pound since last week, but considering I gained and then re-lost what I had gained I am pleased with only officially losing 1/2 a pound. Today I am completely beat as I have been shoveling crap all day... yup I did say crap. My diet has not been great as we ate what was available.

Boy what a busy day today.....Whew! I worked central enrollment today which tends to be very busy after which I got my kids enrolled for the new school year. I had my breakfast at like 7am and then next thing I knew it was 3pm. My Boyfriend to me out to eat at china buffet for dinner. I couldn't find a match for the food so I guessed the best I could. I only had one medium helping so I figured it would probably be like eating two of the prepackaged foods. I know its not exact but close enough I guess. I logged my water intake today for the first time. I kept forgetting to drink so I really had to think about it at times. I hope everyone had a great day.

I've had a long rough day today. I worked non stop today at work and came home to a lot of stress. I'm frustrated... I took an unofficial weight check today and I gained! How can this be....My calories are still around 1400 a day and I'm not eating any evil sweet foods etc. I didn't want to have but like one official weigh in each week so I'm not recording until I weigh in on Sat. Should I lower my calories back down a bit as well as watch my sodium too. I don't think I'm really over doing it in any area. I am so bummed right now!

Today was yet another very busy day at work, boy you can tell school is going to start soon. I have decided that my sodium intake is too high and that I need to watch that a bit closer.... I love salt so this will be a sacrifice. I want to weigh in but think I will wait until Friday or Saturday because I am not seeing any different so I fear no change in weight plus I wasn't so good with my diet this week. I suppose even if I don't change weight wise 8.5 lbs in a 2 weeks period will still be good for me. I don't expect a lot of weight to disappear overnight I just want it to come off period! Well have a great day!
