No loss, but i lost 1.5 inches off my hips, and 1/2inch off my abs. I really owe it to the treadclimber. That machine is amazing & it is working wonders for me. More more more!

the BEST thing I could have done for myself was to buy a kitchen scale. I realized today I have been seriously under-stating my calories. I measured my cereal for the first time this morning & I was eating 2 servings before, if not 2 & 1/2!! I also weighed my milk & I was over too. I am truly convinced that anyone who is trying to lose weight may be self-sabotaging if they are not using a scale. Have a healthy day buddies!!

I haven't been able to get myself to the gym for the 2nd day in a row now. I've gotta change things up definitely. I cannot allow the progress to stop. I have been meticulous with my calories, hoping to see a drop this week.

I am now using the food tool to add all I am eating as I start this new transition to meet 1596 calories per my biggest loser book. I will do this for a week & see kuti how much do I lose on this plan?

So I just got my biggest loser book yesterday & it says my calories should be 1596. Jenny Craig currently has me on a 1700 calorie plan & im supposed to stay on that plan until I reach 217 then it gets dropped down to 1500. hmm... I am not sure what to do. I will try the biggest loser recommendation & scale the calories back. The next 2 weeks I will work very hard to support this change & see what the results will be...
