Well I've had bronchitis for the past 3 days so I haven't gotten any of my exercise done. I'm feeling alot better today so I'm gonna try to get myself back into the swing of things.

I couldn't wait the full week before weighing in. I'm glad I didn't though, I lost 1.8 pounds! I'm so thrilled, it gives me even more incentive to keep going.

I just started the Fat Smash Diet today. Phase 1 is gonna be brutal for me. I'm thinking about modifying it a bit and working out more to compensate. Hopefully it works out.
