Ada yg ngeledek ini makanan org sakit. Justru selagi masih sehat harus banyakin makan sayur-sayuran buat investasi kesehatan di masa mendatang. #anjay 😂🤣

Tengah malem ngemil ginian, karna hari ini udh makan 3 kali sehari + ngemil baru 1400 kal. Sedangkan aku busui yg TDEE nya mncapai 1900 kal

Semuanya kurang lebih 300 kal. Karna belum belanja dada ayam sama ikan tuna jdi makan dulu yg ada pake rendang wkwkwk
