I feel I'm close to a plateau. Aggressively cutting down on calories and carbs from this week. Lets see.

Team lunch at work today. Had to eat out. I probably overate today. Tried to stick to protein and minimize carbs, but its all calories nonetheless. Had a light dinner to make up for it.
Fingers crossed for next weigh-in.

Reduced intensity of runs to avoid injury. Messed up the nutrition on a couple of days. I have increased protein intake and I will be cutting down calories.
