I don't usually check in on Tuesday, but wanted a base to work off after 10 days of isolation with COVID. Thankfully no severe symptoms and back to the gym this morning.
6cm and 3kg loss. Apart from missing exercise, I did drastically reduce my alcohol intake and unfortunately due to a COVID side effect, my food intake also. My sense of taste & smell has been effected so I am enjoying food less, therefore eating less.

500gm loss off the back of a big weekend of takeaway food and alcohol. I think I might return to Thursday morning weigh ins, I don't think Mondays are kind to me.
Really need to buckle down on my eating, as summer slips away I'd like to fit back in to my comfy jeans. Only need to get down to 72-74kg to do that!

Fell right off the wagon and rolled down a hill this weekend 😅 too many takeaway meals and alcohol. Back to it today, still keeping it consistent with the gym and watching portion sizes.

Not much movement on the scales, but a 2.5cm loss. So glad to be back in the gym 5 days a week. Watching my portion sizes but not restricting my diet. Slowly working towards my goal, consistency is key!

1.5kg and 2cms down in the first week. No huge changes except smaller meals and no alcohol. Shark week means perhaps I indulged in a little too much ice cream and chocolate, but I am still happy with these results.
