Last night I had a struggle. Went to Sushi for a family birthday and I do not even like sushi so I did not eat much, but I am not sure what the calorie content is in a king crab california roll and chicken yakatori.? Well, then an hour later I was starving and ate some chips popcorn, frozen yogurt with oreo and white chocolate chips on it, and was not active yesterday either so blah, here I am today trying to be better! I also have a major diet coke addiction and I had two glasses of diet coke yesterday and today I have had a can! The reason why I am trying to cut out diet coke is first off because aspartame is terrible for you and I feel that when I drink diet coke it makes me crave salty foods and sugar! Anyways, I am going to try and be better this week!

Goodness gracious! My diet just does not seem to even out, I am suppose to consume around 115 grams of protein and I feel that I cannot do it, I feel that I eat a lot of protein but I guess I will have to find ways to get more protein.
