I have a cold and it is hard to stick to my diet when I feel terrible :(. I did not exercise yesterday other than some walking and I feel gross. I am pretty sick today and I want to be able to make it to the gym! I do not know what to do.

Uhh. This week has not be a good one. I am over eating and not wanting to exercise. I have exercised every day this week but since I have not been eating well I gained weight. I do not understand, I was doing so well and was happy, but this week it has been very difficult to stay on track. I gained almost three pounds and today I struggled, I just did not feel full and I think it is more of my mind that does not feel full. I really want to get back on track but this holiday weekend and events with my friends is not making it easier. How am I suppose to go to a Valentine's Day party and not eat the sweets? It is easier for me to just be a total introvert and stay in and not doing anything so I do not have the temptation to gain weight. I do not have portion control. Today there was a can of whip cream at work and I just kept eating some and I have no idea how much I ate of it! I really am not motivated to work out today, but I am going to go to the gym and try to do my work out. I really hope I get positive and get back on track.
