Good morning. Just posting my meals for today:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 orange
2nd meal: 1 cup of fruit and lots of water
3rd meal: 1 small salad and 3 tbsp. low fat ranch dressing
4th meal: 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 serving of veggies
Exercise: 2 hours at boxing gym

Good Monday Morning...is it really Monday already?????
I did pretty well this weekend. We had a party to go to and all I had was a few chips with a quarter of a subway sandwich...I admit, I had a little ice cream, but that was it. I don't even know why I ate the ice cream, it wasn't that good. It's hard to eat generic napoleon ice cream when you're used to good ol' Blue Bell...for those of you in the north, Blue Bell is only the best ice cream in the world!!! My hubby and I went to the gym and did a great weight workout. A friend of ours just got his PHd in kineseology and he gave me a weight workout to do 3 times a week...he also gave me a core workout that I can do once or twice a week. Let me tell you, it kicks your butt!!! I'm actually thinking of training to become an MMA fighter...I haven't decided for sure yet! I don't know how the whole hitting me in the face thing is going to pan out. LOL!! All I know is, I'm really starting to see a lot of definition in my arms and back...my hubby told me last night that I must be doing something right, b/c he said he could see all the muscles in my back. That felt really good!!
Back to my strict eating this week!! Hope everyone does well this week too!!

Good Wednesday morning everyone! Not too much to report...same ol' same ol'. I've been working out, but I didn't do all that great on the eating for Memorial Day. We went to a friend's beach house in Galveston on Sunday and we barbecued. I actually didn't eat too bad of that, but I ate an ice cream coke float...bad on me!! It was so good though...it was very hot that day and it just hit the spot! Jason and I got a little red, but the day was so beautiful!! I'm back on and going to box tonight. I'm so ready. Can I just say how much I loathed coming back to work this week. It physically hurts to get up...I despise it that much. Sometimes 5am just comes way too early. Anyway, I'm back full force and continuing on!!

Good Thursday morning!!
Hmmm...what to report??? Not too much. It's been a pretty uneventful week. Went to boxing Monday night and last night. Got an awesome workout Monday!! I did circuit for about an hour and a half. I'm still sore from it. Last night was just punches and core work. I should be going to my total body class tonight. My company really sucks...we don't get Memorial day off like everybody else on the freakin' planet!!! I'm thinking of just taking it off...my hubby's off so it would suck if I have to get up at 5:00am and he gets to just sleep in.
Diet-wise I've been doing very well!!! Haven't cheated...I went and got some supplements Tuesday to help with weight loss, b/c I want to get lean and mean!! I'm also thinking of getting that organic coconut oil that Shannon was talking about...I'm curious to see what that will do.

Good Monday Morning!! Ugh!!! Is it Monday already????
I am so tired and unmotivated this morning. I did not want to wake up this morning!! It was a long weekend and I had a lot jammed into it. I feel so bloated today...I don't know what the deal is. I know...TMI!!
We celebrated Mother's Day yesterday with my mom b/c she was out of town last weekend. It was very nice...the hubby and I cooked for her. I have to say, it was a very good lunch...AND it was good for us too b/c everything we cooked was out of the "Best of Eating Light" cookbook. The green beans we had were to die for!! My mom even said they were the best green beans she had ever had. That made my hubby's day.
Back to the grindstone today...going to boxing tonight and ready to kick butt!!
I'm holing at 144 right now...I think I'm hitting a plateau so I'm going to mix my workouts up a little bit and see if that does anything. I know I'm good on my caloric intake b/c I only eat between 1100 and 1200 calories. We'll see...
