I have started the Supreme 90 workout and although i am definitely not going to follow it everyday due to the time in my day left for excercise. I enjoy doing the workouts because they are fun and challenging. Next, I will do the legs, arms, cardio, core, etc dvds. But I can't do it everyday because of my second job when i am getting home 1030 or 11 pm. I am out of the house at 530 in the morning and work out on the elliptical or treadmill at the gym so it does not leave me a lot of time in the evening for another hour of working out.

I love to workout and workout 30 mins a day atleast running or the elliptical trainer, but the diet is out of boredom and being absolutely not motivated. I have work, home, and bills so food is my pleasure. I live in a neighborhood where shopping is not even an option as an outlet because the selection is so horrible. I have gained so much weight it is horrible.

I feel pretty good this week about being fit. This weekend I didnt eat anything for three days a lost five lbs it felt wonderful but as you can see it didnt last anytime. It s like I do this to myself on purpose. I want to get under 130 lbs so bad but I know that the way I eat I will never reach this goal.
