Ini sarapan+makan siang. Total kalori ga sampai 200 lohhh. Cara mensiasati agar perut cepat kenyang adalah, minum segelas air sebelum makan/ bisa makan buah dulu 30 menit- 1 jam sebelum makan, trs makan deh dengan piring kecil. ❤️ selamat makan!
