Breakfast: 1 bowl of soup (2 large brown mushrooms, 2 dates, some goji berries, about 1 1/2 oz chicken), 3/4 hard boiled egg and 1/2 a bao zi (Chinese steamed bun)

Dinner: about 1/2 steamed rice, 2/3 cup cooked Chinese green beans, some cooked pork tenderloin, 1/4 cup cooked squid, 3/4 cup cauliflower, and a cucumber salad (about 1/4 cup jellyfish, 1/3 cup cucumber, and garlic)
