Breakfast: around 400 calories
-1 large Chinese crepe (fried egg with onion and chives on top of white flour fried crepe)
-3/4 large orange
-1/2 cup 2% milk

Had quite a heavy breakfast, about 400-500 calories. That Chinese crepe really bumped up the calorie count. Oh well, I guess that's what you get when something's delicious!
I will have to back for the rest of today. So salad, here we come!
A side note, does anyone know how many calories one dried red date is?
