No weigh in today. I have a new scale and I want to compare the new and old one before I start using it exclusively.
I logged everything yesterday. I ate a lot of candy, but actually didnt do too bad Macro wise. Still, Im trying to cut that back and stop the super snacking in the afternoon.
I did not hit my step goal... again... Seriously, I was killing it last week. I think that being back at home, and the stress of taking care of my mom and kid really takes a toll. Its a cycle that I need to break out of (too tired to exercise, but exercise would give me the energy). Since my mom had her hip replaced in Sept., Ive noticed that Ive been steadily gaining. She gets her other hip replaced in March so I really need to get it together so I can be helpful.
I didnt hit my water goal, but again, I drank more water so its a win. How do I know that Im drinking more water? Getting up at 5am to pee is a clear indicator for me haha. My poor pup was so confused as to why we were getting up already haha.
Todays goals are the same:
- Track everything
- Step Goal
- Water Goal (aiming to drink 3 of my new water cups)
Adding - Movement (either Yoga or Gym)

Protein pasta w/ power greens, feta, cherry tomatoes, and rotisserie chicken. I would’ve cooked the greens with the rest but I’m the only one interested in eating them.

Yesterdays goal was to log everything, hit water goal, and make my step goal. I did NOT make my step goal, or my water goal but I did log it all! Im also supposed to drink an insane amount of water and Im not jumping straight on that train. I made an effort to drink water so I think thats actually a success. I bought a new water cup that holds 30oz so hopefully that will help.

Todays goal is modest:
- track everything
- hit water goal
- hit step goal
Being mindful has helped, but not until after the damage is done. My heads thinks "restriction" and is freaking out, but Im not actually restricting anything. I need to change the mindset to regulation. I dont know why this is so hard for me right now, Ive been able to do it in the past. Im so disappointed in myself right now.
