Dinner nasi goreng Kw nasinya 50gr aja di mix ama kembang kol, jagung,wortel,brokoli. Proteinnya tuna,tahu, burger ayam dan telur. total 546kkal.dikit2 dikumpulin jadinya banyak....kenyang begaah, nyisa , pertanda volume perut sudah menyusut kah? ha ha hat
