Bloated up from Easter and my fiance's bridal shower weekend. Way too many sugars and sweets, probably led to water weight and some gain. Leg day was rough today, tank felt running on empty.

Has been a busy couple of weeks. Got a second dog,so had a week off the gym to get him acclimated and make sure they are relatively good. Went back to the gym today. Been walking a lot and have done some runs, looks like it has helped!

Morning weigh in after a bowl of cottage cheese. I normally go to the gym and weigh myself after a full day of food - but went this morning because of time constraints. Good to see that it was relatively consistent to the last weight, that I thought was low because of water weight.
