Dulu beli piring seng ini buat ala-ala makan nasi pake ikan goreng & lalap sambel...

Keto Day 8, Breakfast: roasted duck leg + tumis bok choy dikit.
Setelah kemaren nett carb 13 gram doang [rada gak percaya sampe bolak-balik inget2 kali ada yg ketelen lupa dicatet 😂] hari ini lanjut perlemakan!
