woke up this morning to find my electric bed had turned flat in the middle of the night. my whole back is in terrible pain, and my ribs feel crushed. I did some stretches this morning, but I can't do much since I'm recovering from an injury I received earlier in the week. 😞😞 so irritated, it's hard being disabled with a movement disorder. I'm in constant pain and recovery. just feeling really down.

Why is eating so difficult for me? My weekly output is still in the negative in terms of calories and nutrients needed to run my body at its resting metabolic rate, not even including the exercise I do for PT everyday. I feel like my deficit will never go away, does anyone have suggestions to add more into my diet without having to eat? I'm really tired of not meeting my daily goals, and seeing it laid out for the week my deficit is still quite large. 😭

Day one was the only day that I met my caloric intake for the day. feeling a little discouraged as my number gets lower and lower again, I can see where I'm bloating due to my body not being used to eating this much a day. feeling discouraged, does anybody have words of advice?

I started this journey in the intent of making my body stronger because of a neurological disorder that leaves me in constant and agonizing pain. The fact that I have already changed my weight slightly just by adding more water into my daily routine has not only helped with the muscle pain and dystonia but also with losing weight. Don't forget to drink water everybody!
