This has been my best week so far in terms of keeping up with my caloric and take. I'm still not at my resting metabolic rate, but I've managed to triple my food intake since I started this journey 2 months ago. My body feels really bloated right now, but I know that's just temporary as my body leaves starvation mode. I can't wait to see what's going to happen next now that my body is getting proper nutrition 🙏🏻

I've been having a lot of trouble getting over 700 calories a day, and it's put me back into starvation mode 🥲 the last two days were the first time since I've begun counting calories that I've consistently hit my intake goal. if anyone has any tips to help with adding calories when it's too hard to eat please comment! I try to makes smoothies every day but I'm disabled and it's a lot of prep work for me. need healthy alts please!!

This looks like a big jump because I weighed myself while I was still super bloated... So proud of myself, hitting my first goal by week 4!! Only 30ish left to go!!!!

This is my second week in and I'm already seeing my appetite diminish again. only met my caloric and nutrition goals once this week, and barely. I started this journey to help me get back to a healthier caloric intake as I've been averaging 700-900 daily for the past couple of years. that and stress has left me sluggish and bloated. my body just isn't used to eating 1800 cal a day 😭💀 Does anyone have advice on how to add more to my diet with the restriction of my appetite? I want to do more smoothies but my blender just broke this morning, figures huh? 💀
