good morning world. Today is MLK day and I am at work but am still doing the diet and exercise program. It was 39 degrees this morning but warmed up to high 60s with a slight breeze, so it was an awesome day for a walk.
I felt so good after dinner that I went to the gym and worked out. I walked another 3.11 miles on the threadmill with a 2 degree incline at 3 miles per hour for an hour with a 5 minute cool down. Today my blood sugar readings were all under 100. 88 in the morning, 88 in the afternoon and 97 30 minutes after the evening workout. I am loving it. Good night to all and may god give us all the strength to heal ourselves and stay the course.

Good morning journal,
it is in the 30s this morning for the second day in a row. yeah get to have a fire in the fireplace again. it feels sooo good!!! I will go for my hour walk around noon after it warms up a little. I treated myself to some sugar free ice cream yesterday, minus the whipped cream and nuts and I had peanut butter for the topping instead of hot fudge. I am making good choices and they are becoming easier to make.

My wife actually went walking for an hour with me, wow I love it. I was able to get into a pair of dress pants that I could not get into two years ago, and my jeans are so big, I cannot wear them. I am loving the results.
