Must make the crockpot chicken chili. and slow roasted root vegetables.Dessert spicey apple chips.

First week weigh in down 9 lbs. to 216 fat and soduim intake still too high. Have to find foods with lower fat and sodium. Increase workouts as all did T25 three times this pass week and try do crunches/pushups/jumping jacks in the mornings.

This is my first full day of entering calories. My fat intake is off the wall with 42% carb 48% protein only 10%. It's no wonder that I can't loss my belly with all that fat intake. I'll have to increase my protein intake and cut my fat intake. My over all calorie intake is 1200 half of what it should be 2500.
