I was very lazy all week long. I exercised twice this pass week and can't seam to get motived. Been eating the wrong foods,WHAT GOING ON?
Had to sign up for this 10 daily exercises(30 day challenge) to get motived. as I log-in everyday all my meals/snacks and exercises. I hope this CHALLENGE gives me that extra press to exercise to stay moving.
I weighed in a day earlier just to stay with this challenge, I basicly had no weigh change this past week. That is okay as this week is going to be a better week. I can work this out.

Exercised 1 time is week have been lazy all week. Must exercise at least 4 times a week. I'm entering all my meals,but can't get motived for some reason.

Day after SUPER BOWL party, weigh in down 2 lbs. for the week that's good.
So long as the numbers on the scale are declining.
