ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES + PICTURES...

dont remember where i left off - so here is what i remember...lol

friday july 24th...dinner was ceaser salad with chopped egg added, blt on wheat with only 1 piece of bread (open faced), lots of tomato and lettuce and veggie soup

saturday july 25th...ok i did pretty well with lunch...went shoping all day to find shorts for my trip in september...went to the olive garden and had tuscona soup and i ATE THE KALE...lol...with the salad no bread, dinner was a pork roast with basil and pomagranit juice marinade, butter lettuce salad and seared tomatoe halfs sprinkled with basil and evoo, lemon zest, salt and pepper...

sunday july 26th...hubbys aunt/uncles 50th wedding anniversary - we had a late lunch early dinner - had well done roast beef, boiled potatoes (3), half plate full of salad...so not too bad and then we stopped to get a milk shake because it was later and did not want to cook - so i had a choc chip and strawberry ice cream shake...lol

monday july 27th...choc milk, cranberry juice, started a new med and am not hungry at all...than a friend of mine from florida calls and says shes in town do i want to do lunch...so went to TGI Fridays...had a ceaser salad and a chicken quesada...for dinner i made grilled chicken boobs with fresh crushed garlic, lemon zest, basil, rosemary sprinkled on top...ww rizo rice with the same herbs, brussel sprouts steamed with onion and salt...

ok so now for the pictures...since i ususally only post normal serious pics...i am posting goofy and the real ones...

this is from july 4th party that i worked...i was being very much a smart elec and someone elected to throw me on the ground....

exercise class is tonight, planning on walking 2 miles, 20 minutes of abs and then yoga stretches for me and if anyone else wants to stay for it...

ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...

hummm...so the veggies have kinda fallen by the way side...i will get back to them tonight as i will be home to cook...

i have some chicken and artichoke hearts...will figure something out...

the exercise class was a little disappointing...i had 15 people signed up and only 3 showed...however those 3 liked it and last night i had a couple more say they were planning on coming next week...

i started with the walk away the pounds 1 mile...and then we did about 20 minutes of yoga stretches...the 3 did not care for the yoga so i am going to break out a cd that i have of stomach/core short sessions and a stretch program...i would have to say overall that im ok with what happened and will wait to see what next tueday brings...

i so wanted to eat a hugh pizza because of the stress - however i did not eat it...lol...hopefully the stress level will drop with each class...

attack of the veggies...

friday, july 17th for dinner was a ceaser salad with this hugh piece of grilled salmon...awesome good with a lynchberg lemonaid...

saturday - we got up late so no breakfast and no choc milk...stopped at wendys for lunch had a chicken boob no bun with pickles and mayo...unsweet tea - dinner i made sauteed shrimp with homemade alfredo sause and a salad, we went to paint creek and did some hiking around the dam and a trail or two...it was nice

sunday - cooked in the kitchen at church and made sausage,cheese and bisquit - i had 1/2 of one - lunch was skipped and dinner was leftover sausage ground in homemade tomato sause with ww pasta...

SO THIS WEEKEND WAS ABSOLUTELY NO VEGGIES...IM SOOOO BAD...

monday - back on track, choc milk, cranberry juice (still have the uti, the proceedure is july 31st) - skipped lunch and dinner was taco salads...yeah got the veggies in

tuesday or today...i start teaching my exercise class tonight...scared to death, so i probably wont eat dinner, stomach will be a mess...for lunch my boss is supposed to be here so i dont know what i will be doing...

and thats all there is...

ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...

see attached excuses...

forget where i left off...so lets see...

monday was a large salad, butter lettuce (my new addiction), tomatos, celery, onion, cheese, salad seasonings, balsamic raspberry vingarette, pine nuts and grilled homemade sauage...more than 2 cups of the required veggies...

tuesday, choc milk and cranberry juice, leftover salad, pork chops grilled with side of stirfry veggies, and ww pasta with homemade sause

wednesday, choc milk and cranberry juice, cannot remember lunch, dinner was skipped - i had an appointment to get my hair colored...

thursday, choc milk and goetta, ceaser salad with grilled salmon and tomato basil soup, dinner was skyline chili on ww pasta and no veggies...got enough at lunch...

today, choc milk and cranberry juice, and i have not clue from here on out...lol

this is my new excuse for not losing weight, im tired of blaming my hormones so now i am switching...
